Soccer Game Three

Eek! How did it get to be Thursday already? Its almost time for game 4!

I love catching the kids running through the tunnel :) Who doesn't smile when their name is called to be recognized?

It was one of "those" days again. Both kids had games at the same time on different fields.

Since I knew Jayce played MUCH better the first 1/2, I picked Jayce's game to watch first.

Still no goals for little Jayce, but we have high hopes that he'll score at some point in the season. Or, maybe just play an entire game. Sometimes we have to adjust our expectations :)

Now, Jaina, on the other hand....

played the BEST I've ever seen her play.

I think it was the cute pigtails and ribbons that helped her play so well, don'tcha think? :)

But the best part of our Saturday game day was our special visitors that drove all the way from Tucker, GA to come see us :)

Despite having two knee replacements and foot/ankle surgery, my dad was walking around without help or crutches.

Of course they had to meet Shaggy :)

Except my dad is siding with Brian and calling him "Scruffy".

Thanks, Grandma Kim, for the lovely halloween treat box you brought the kids!

Lovely, Jayce.

We are so thankful they came up to spend the day with us! Before you know it, it will be Thanksgiving and we'll be back with them :)

  1. I can't wait to be a soccer mom! Thinking of putting the kiddo in it next year :)

  2. LOVE Jaina's ribbons and the fact that they match the blue in her uniform. Very fashion forward while playing a mean game of soccer.
