Magic Kingdom :: Day 1

We just got back from Disney World and boy are we exhausted! But it was FUN and totally worth it!

There's a million and one pictures to go through, but I wanted to go ahead and blog the ones from my phone before they get lost in the shuffle. Most of my DSLR pics are on FB so go follow me over there :)

And we're off! And only about 45 minutes after we wanted to leave!

The baby that never naps in the car actually napped in the car:

Bridge in Jacksonville:

We were 20 minutes from the park when we hit the dreaded traffic.

We arrived at Port Orleans Riverside on Monday evening around 6 PM. We stashed our stuff in the hotel and then headed out to Disney Springs (Formally Downtown Disney) for dinner.

First stop: Get Jocelyn a Perry the Platypus

Then we hit up the lego store.

We all want Adventure Time Legos!

After a quick dinner of burgers, we headed back to our room. Jocelyn wanted to sleep in the little pull out bed. She lasted about an hour there. Brian slept there the rest of the week :P

The next morning we were up bright and early!

Jaina and I had lunch at Be Our Guest restaurant. It was my favorite meal :)

We had to ride It's a Small World. It's a must at MK!

And the People Mover. Jocelyn's favorite ride besides Thunder Mountain.

That night we ate at Crystal Palace. Jocelyn wasn't feeling well at all, bless her heart. She perked up when Piglet came by, though.

We are not parade or fireworks people (we found that while everyone was gathering in Main Street, we could pretty much walk onto any ride we wanted to.) But the castle sure is pretty at night!

We fell exhausted into our beds and geared up for our next day at Epcot :)
