The Apple Farm
We live just a hop, skip, and a jump from the Western NC mountains where all the apple farms are located. Not sure why we waited this long to go! We went on Labor Day so it was super crowded. It may have been a little hot at noon as well. I think next year we'll try going a little bit later in the fall :)
The Blackberries were almost already picked, so they let us have any remnants for free! The kids had more fun picking berries than they did apples.
AppleJack had to come pick apples with us :)
We were a little bummed that we couldn't pick Honeycrisp, but next year we'll call the orchard first to find out what we can pick when.
