Friday Phone Dump

It's FRIDAY! and a three-day weekend to boot!! WOO HOO!!!

I've been super tired this week and I think I need a long weekend to refresh my spirits :)

Here's what we've been up to this week:

Playing Paw Patrol on the laptop...

Heading to a cook out with the big kids. Jocelyn spent the night at Grandma's house :)

And speaking of Paw Patrol... we found Everest!!!

And I found new placemats for our new table!

And Applebee's for dinner!

Then it was back to the grind the next day on Monday:

Jocelyn went to the park and ate hardboiled eggs. It's a hard life I tell ya.

The next day was pre-school. She wouldn't let me take a picture of her, so I took one of the watermelon she painted.

And Jayce started baseball practice!

Wednesday found us in our PJ's outside sweeping our front porch and driveway.
Later that night, she decided to get all the old yard brooms out and have a contest. The white broom was the winner.

Then she proceeded to pick all my gardenias off the bushes and "plant" them into a pot. And then she dumped a whole pail of water on them so they'd grow.

We also read Jayce's old Curious George books that night. While Joce and I were reading, Jayce was up in his loft bed reading.

I asked him if he was ready to turn off the light and didn't get an answer. He was fast asleep.

The next day was another preschool day. It was Jocelyn's turn to be the "helper" in class so she allowed me a picture. She also wanted to wear a hair bow just like Macey in her class :)

I tackled the project of cleaning out the pantry while she was at school. (I also led a LLL meeting, but no pictures of that!)

We had an entire sink full of expired items dating back to 2012. I should probably do this more often :)

Jocelyn REALLY had to go to the bathroom when she got home. Unfortunately, one of her big siblings was hogging the bathroom. We improvised and she was happy.

This is what she brought home from preschool:

LOVE! :)

And fast forward to snuggles that night:

The next day (which is today), we went to a free Kindermusik class and then to the library.

The big kids wore their College Colors today. Most kids are in Orange or Red (Clemson or Gamecocks) but my kids could care less about football.

It was a good, but busy, week :)
