Christmas in Tucker
We drove down to Atlanta on Christmas Day this year. We've never done this before, but I can tell you that we'll definitely do it again. There was NO traffic. Zip. Zilch. Nada. It was the easiest drive down to Atlanta we ever have had. And because Jocelyn woke up on Christmas morning early, she even took a nap for half the trip. Score! Oh, and we had new movies to watch in the van, too! Double score!
We went down on Christmas day to maximize the time we could spend with my brother Jason, his wife Cristina, and their new baby Zoe.
Zoe Jane is gorgeous. And sweet. And funny. I can't wait to see her personality develop even more.
My kids love spending time in Tucker with their grandparents and aunts and uncles.
We tried to take pictures of Grandpa with Zoe, but Zoe was pretty concerned about sitting on some guy's lap she had only seen twice before.
Jayce received some Quixels as a gift. He was nice to share with his sisters, too.
We also went to Uncle Jeff and Aunt Pam's house to spend some time with our SC grandma who also drove down to Atlanta to see baby Zoe.
And Jayce was dying to play poker with Uncle Jeff. This time Jocelyn played, too. And won two hands.
Overall, we had a great time in Tucker with our family, despite Grandpa not feeling very well. We hope to go back and visit soon, especially if Uncle Jeremy can come up from Florida.
