The Last Luau

Last Saturday, good friends Brittany and Chrissy threw a huge luau party for their dear husbands. Not only was it a birthday party, but it was also a farewell party. Brittany's husband, a US Marine, is being transfered to another state. Unfortunately, it looks like his family will be going with him. Although Jaina and Ashlan have only been best friends for an entire school year, its seemed like much longer than that. Ashlan and her family blended right into ours almost the moment that we all met last Fall. We know that this isn't goodbye, but "see you later". And that's a promise!

The kids at the party were so adorable and I couldn't help but carry my camera around with me all night.
